Tsunami Relief
Months into the aftermath of the Tsunami, AFLAC continues to go full steam ahead.
Education
Of the AFLAC programs, the education program is possibly the most established.
- St. Joseph's school for hearing Impaired.
AFLAC sponsors 13 hearing impaired students at St Joseph's School for hearing impaired.
- Rural libraries
This project was undertaken by AFLAC to help revive reading habits among students in rural areas.
Food
This program includes the provision of rations to destitute families and meals to institutions.
Shelter
AFLAC has been undertaking the complete construction of houses under its shelter programme
Health
Too many people in Sri Lanka suffer from a lack of medical assistance
- Cancer Project
Should financial limitations deny them from at least a fighting chance for life ?
AFLAC Swim for Safety
In a land surrounded by a coastline and blessed with many inland waterways, over 90% of the population is unable to swim and consequently very fearful of water.
Miscellaneous
Miscellaneous projects are carried out as and when deserving projects are brought to the attention of AFLAC members.
